I have always been a very active person. As I child I competed in both gymnastics and equestrian eventing as well as performing in various dance performances. Despite being confident on stage, I lacked confidence in other areas of my life. Because of this I was driven towards self-improvement. I went to University to study Psychology. I am now equipped with the knowledge and experience to help women understand their thought processes, change bad habits and find their inner strengths.

After travelling around Asia, I worked in an office as a PA. I didn’t feel comfortable in this environment and eventually found the courage to train as a Personal Trainer. Initially the transition was challenging as my niggling self-doubt lead me to not believe that I was good enough. In many ways this has resulted in me becoming a better trainer. I have continued to study and complete many courses including mindset techniques, advanced nutrition, Pilates and body sculpting. I provide a unique coaching technique, supporting all my clients to achieve exceptional results.

Improving my knowledge, I believed, would help me overcome the feeling of not being good enough. It was eventually through the courses, achieving fantastic results for my clients, as well as my dedication to practicing yoga and meditation, that I have overcome my insecurities and now feel full of confidence. I am able to stand up in front of 30 people to teach a class. I can go into social gatherings feeling confident to interact with a wide range of people. But even better than that, I am able to bring out the same confidence, boosted self-image and sense of empowerment that I uncovered in myself, in the women I have coached through a transformation.

I am passionate about helping women find their inner confidence and encouraging them to believe in themselves. As I have spoken to many women, a recurring theme emerged. Women often feel like they are not good at their given professions and have a feeling that they will be ‘found out’. As if playing a role rather than actually being that high flyer that the outside world believes them to be.

Through a combination of NLP based mindset, body sculpting, nutrition, Pilates, yoga and meditation/mindfulness, I help women to look and feel the best version of themselves. How we look affects how we feel and training the body helps to train the mind. I also use mindset techniques to break down women’s limiting beliefs and change bad habits that are holding them back. I help women to overcome any negative images that they hold about themselves so that they can love the way they look and feel.
