Pre Natal

Pregnancy is not the time to give up on exercise in fact it is more important than ever to stay fit and healthy. It is best for both you and your baby to stay strong physically. We can help to alleviate some of the problems associated with pregnancy and also prepare you for labor. By exercising throughout pregnancy you will also find it easier to get back into shape post baby.

Post Natal

As soon as you have been signed off by your doctor we can get to work on regaining your pre-baby body. However, we do not believe that losing weight should be the top priority. It is more important to take things slowly so that your body heals. We will work on regaining pelvic floor and core stability. If you suffer from diastasis recti (separation of the abdominals), we will target this area so that your body is not left vulnerable to injury.

Jenny is passionate about working with women throughout their pregnancy and into the post natal period. Wanting to offer the safest and most optimum service to this population, Jenny has completed her initial Pre & Post Natal qualification with YMCA. She then continued her studies with Jenny Burrell (the leading educator in the field of pregnancy and post natal fitness. Jenny has competed her 'Advanced Modern Pregnancy Assessment, Core Restore & Functional Exercise Programming'.
