Having suffered from back problems for many years as the result of working at a desk with bad posture for many years, I was encouraged to try Pilates. Originally I was put off as didn't believe it would feel like a proper workout but how wrong I was. STOTT Pilates is very structured and my core is now so much stronger. My stomach looks flatter and my back feels better than ever. I will continue with my weekly sessions knowing that they are helping my back issues but also improving my fitness and general well being.
